Purchase Options and Shipping
Welcome to my official website, where you have the opportunity to acquire available paintings at firsthand prices. I strive to ensure that you love the painting you choose, so I take great care to capture accurate images of the artworks. While there may be slight differences in lighting, I assure you that the painting looks even better in person than in the pictures.
Purchase options
Payments can be made via Stripe with credit cards and PayPal, according to your preference. This trusted provider handle the payment processing. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Should you encounter any difficulties with these options, please don’t hesitate to contact me at artist@flaviabirsan.com. We can explore alternative solutions, such as direct invoicing and payment into a bank account.
Shipping
Upon receiving your payment, I will begin packing the artwork and preparing export documents and other shipping procedures. I will inform you regarding the estimated days of transit and provide the shipping tracking number.
For local customers, there is also the option of personally collecting the painting from my studio. I always enjoy visits to the studio, so you are more than welcome to collect your art in person!
Worldwide shipping is included in the painting price. However, international shipments may be subject to import duties according to the destination country. Please note that I have no control over these possible extra charges.

Returns
All work is carefully packed, I have extensive experience in packing my artworks. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me and provide pictures of the damage.
Though I have never experienced such a situation, if a painting is not what you expected, you can email me and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. For the return, you will need to safely pack the painting and arrange the shipping. Once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days, excluding the initial shipping amount.
